Effective January 8, 2007, everyone traveling internationally by air needs a valid passport. Sometimes Americans can get through without a visa. People from other countries need to check with their embassy before departing as to the requirements for international travel.

U sure do man. U dont need a visa when u travel within the Asean region (Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam - did i miss one?). And especially that the Bermudas is in close proximity of US makes it more so for those in the Philippines as there are strict quotas practised by the US Embassy there in the Philippines. YES, you also need a valid passport. You can't just visit whatever country you want. YOU NEED A VISA.
