New to this but will give it a try.My husband recently discovered he has high blood pressure and diabetes. To both our surprise it seems to cause intimate problems, so we talked and decided to try these Male Enhancment pills. Don't know to much about them though.
Anyway, we got them about four months ago and we haven't been intimate but I discovered some of the pills are gone. I truly believe my husband would never cheat ,but his job does take him out of town every now and then. So putting cheating a side, what else can these pills be used for?

Thank you for the answers I have gotten so far, I wanted to add some deltails because of some of the concerns and questions.
He takes medication for the blood pressure and diabetes and the doctor has given him the okay to take these other pills and we thought they would help as his medical conditions causes intimate problems as in he doesn't maintain for very long.
He doesn't do anything by himself, well he says he doesn't. I discovered them gone because he had two bottles and went out of town and one bottle came up missing, then when he returned the other bottle mysteriously reappeared, so I counted them and this is what brought up the whole issue.

Maybe he just wanted to try them out before doing it with you. This , to me, is only showing that he wanted to see what the results were, and what happens when you take them. I think he was just trying to save an embarassing moment with you. Not being able to be intimate really can lower a man's self esteem. Simply ask him if he tried them. Hope this helps!!

He may be trying them and maybe they are just not working. You really need to get him to a doctor and see what really can be done to help him with this problem. High blood pressure can be caused by stress too and maybe the doctor can put him on some pills for the stress and high blood pressure. Has he tried viagara with you yet? Keep checking his pills and if you find more gone over time then start questioning him and why he is taking them and see what he has to say. You should ask him about this anyways and he just may answer you and tell you why. be sure to check with his doctor before using anything to help him with his sexual drive anyways. You have to know what the side effects could be. Safety and well being comes first.

Well i have a question for you. What did you say the pills were for? So if he is traveling then why does he need enhancement pills unless it is to help his blood pressure or diabetes which i doubt. Sorry, but something isn't right? Maybe he lost 3 of them.

First off I REALLY hope that he talked to his doc about the pills BEFORE taking any....if he did take any. Secondly if they are "Male Enhancement" Pills they will do NOTHING for his Hard on. They are "suppose" to make your penis Bigger....but if you have a medical issue such as High blood pressure and diabetes they will do nothing for erections......and may in fact INCREASE his blood pressure. Be VERY Careful and take to your Doc.

My first thought which would be "cheating" of course,but you said put this aside. So I really am as clueless as you hun. I have been in a situation something like this and still have no true reason for it.
Just ask your husband and believe his answer unless you have other reasons for doubting what ever answer he gives you, cause I am sure he won't tell you the truth.

Unless in a pill subscribed by a doctor. Its one of scams advertised to "enhance the male member" I wouldn't even worry about it

how did you know they were missing if you didn't think he was cheating? maybe he used them for himself and by that i mean by himself to see what they were like. here's a thought, ask him.
