Men don't have any holidays to "honor" them... why do women get Valentine's day?

What about Fathers day?You could make a case for thanksgiving,eat and watch football.Labor day started when it was a predominately male workforce.Well?

why does Valentines Day seem to be a woman's holiday? I think it 'is' what YOU make it.... it isnt to honor or whatever any certain gender....
