Ok, I'm in a bit of a pickle. Now if I was writing about a trademark in a piece of writing. Lets say for Instance I'm talking about MTV's URGE. I would capitalize both MTV and URGE, correct? And not just "MTV and Urge".

Or am I wrong?

Taking in account the rules for Capitalization, you got that In English capital Letters are used as the first letter of a proper name, and for initials or acronyms. That's way you write with capital letters ej MTV, but some companies have chosen to deviate from the standard rule, ej eBay.
So at the end, it all depends for the "NAME" or acronyms the company registered with the Trademark Office from the country, then the public uses this name like it was register, with or without capital letters.
