Im currently contributing 7% and the company is matching 4%. So the total contribution to my retirement is 11% of my salary per month. So about 500 dollars per month.

Well... at the moment since I only get paid for about 3 or 4 of the 11 hours I am allowed to work each week because the employer does not want to pay benefits to full time employees..... nothing.
