You went to public school didn't you? Everybody knows they were used as slaves in the Carribean and in the mainland USA! They could escape to surrounding tribes or were rescued by other tribes that would sometimes came back to scalp Europeans slavers. Genocide was committed on Native Americans to the point of near extinction and Africa was ripped off for an estimated 3o million people!
The word Slave is dirived from the word Slav. It refferred to Russian people captured by Germans.

Native Americans were an established culture and society in their OWN HOMELAND. They weren't easily abducted from their large ARMED tribal communities by a few white fur-traders with badly made smooth bore muskets (which by the way take forever to load, don't always spark and have appalling range and accuracy)! On top of which they weren't being sold by their own people! Also, many Europeans relied on natives for survival during the winter, guides throughout the interior and the trapping of furs for the European businesses! Good Lord Europeans would have died out immediately had they tried to upon first contact capture natives as slaves! And would have consequently been unable to colonize in the future unless they launched an all out hostile take-over. They did however, later on, disregard past alliances and exterminated the majority of them... And putting them on the reserves didn't help them much either!

Well, when they came to America they wanted to use Native Americans and some of them did. Using the Native Americans was hard because many got sick and died from diseases brought by the Europeans. Also, Native Americans knew their
land very well, so when they were captured and forced into slavery they ran away. Therefore, the Europeans turned to Africans instead.
I Hope that helps!

they did .. even the Indians used each other for slaves.. and the Africans also sold people that they were at war against and also their own people for money and goods and services ..You cant totally blame the Europeans if the Africans fought back instead of selling their own people there would be no blacks in the US.. I mean they had the advantage of warfare on their home court so to speak as for the indians they were trusting and well some of the indians sold their own people too..There was just a few that tried to maintain their ways and the whites kept breaking treaty after treaty with them so well you would think when someone lies to you over and over . you would get it. but well its the way of the world. and too the white man used them as slaves to ,they suffered to and the Spanish used them and everybody used everybody its the way of the world.. just human nature..

They tried however the interior reach individuals might extremely die from eu ailments or be rescued via thousands of different interior reach individuals that could burn the plantations and scalp the enslavers, so it replaced into extra value-effective and safer to deliver slaves from Africa the place the Europeans have been already settled

Because back than it was about color....the Europeans considered blacks "dirty" and for that reason they deserved to be slaves... Europeans thought they were the "Superior" race and could do what they want.

It could be that the poor africans, after being brought here, didn't have the same type of attitude that a natural born person might have, along with family and friends here that might give them more trouble.

time for a history lesson.... the Africans sold their own people and that was the start of it.... slavery was the best way to dehumanize a person and to get rid of unwanted family members...
