well i hav 2 best friends and now there tryin to b friends again and it always turns out to b a bad idea .i keep lyin to them tryin to keep them mad at each other....wat can i do to kep them mad at each other?

why are you trying to have them mad at each other?? you should just let them be, and then let them see that this is a bad idea.
if you really want to keep them mad at each other...it's up to you

WHOA! Never lie. Even if it will seem to make things better...it will only make things WAYYYY worse later. If you think that they're mad at EACH OTHER now, if they find out you lied to them, they'll hate you later.
You really just need to talk to them. I'm serious. I don't have anything else to say...just talk to them!!!

dont lie !! let them b friends !! if it always ends up causeing trouble dont worry just dont get in the middle of it and if their going to b like that dont b there friends!
