I love it, I just don't like the $75,000 price tag.

Its an awesome car. Some complain about the price, but compare the performance of this car to that of other cars that are priced at the same amount. I think you will find that the Z06 is set at a very reasonable price as far as super cars go.

I dislike corvettes a lot. The car has lost its place. When Chevy first came out its goal was to compete with the British Morgans and MG's it looks nothing like that now. It seems GM lost its way somewhere

I like it's power and the fact that it can beat anything in it's class. Even cars that cost two to three times more than it. It's looks. Well it looks better than a C5. But if I had that kind of money too spend on a Vette. I'd be looking at a 67 Coupe.

Yep. It's got real race parts in the motor: Titanium rods and intake valves. Dry sump oil system. Light weight sub-frame. Factory roller camshaft with hydraulic lifters that are good for a 7,000 red line. Aluminum block and cylinder heads. Factory roller rocker arms. Steel sleeves. Six speed transmission. ( I hear they don't shift smoothly). Huge disc brake calipers and large diameter rotors. and the whole works weighs 3,150. Th ladies like the shape of the body and colors. I like the stuff it has.

It is an amazing machine, the horse power & the body style are a great combination. But as a consumer, the price tag is not pretty, especially since the price jump $15,000 since last year. I really havent noticed a difference in the car besides the price since last year.

of course i like it, its the best bang for buck car out there. the ford GT costs nearly 90k more than the z06 and is only .1 second faster than the vette. also the top speed is 198 where as with the GT its only 190...

Hell yeah! Considering one of 'em is the fastest street car around (in StL) and the stock motor comes with real racing parts, they've got some speed. I geuss if I was able to pony up the cash I would invest in one myself... can anyone lend me $70000?

yes ,now that's a car ,but the price tag will stop me from ever owning one of those,i have to say ,i think its worth it though,but to me that's just too much money to pay for an automobile,it is nice though,i get to drive one once in a while ,one of my customers owns one,and he brings it up every time it get a squeak or a rattle,so i,ll be good just getting to drive his once in a while,but i guess if i won the lottery,id have to get one,good luck,i hope this help,s.

have you heard of the Z06 SS?
Its gonna have 600hp and you are going to have to go to driving school just to be able to buy it.
