The key to not looking too made-up is actually in choosing the right colors and properly applying them, rather than the "amount" of make-up you wear.

With a little practice doing a complete make-up job should only take about 5 minutes.

Begin with a properly cleansed, toned and moisturized face. Apply five "dots" of foundation to the forehead, nose chin and each cheek, blend. Next put a dab of concealor under each eye and on any blemishes, blend gently using your ring finger (blend the excess over the eyelids to make an eyeshadow base). Lightly dust with powder (pressed or loose, use a good powder brush). Dot a little blush onto the apples of the cheeks and blend. Use a light to medium shade of eyeshadow all over the lid and under the brow, use a slightly darker shade in the shape of a sideways "v" in the crease (about halfway across) and down over the lashline...once again BLEND. Eyeliner should go about 3/4 the way across on the top and 1/2 way on the bottom smudge slightly. A quick brush of mascara on the upper and lower lashes... Next line the lips (a natural shade close to the lip color). Begin with the "v" on the upper lip, draw from the outer edges in to meet the "v", draw the lower lipline from one side to the other and fill in the lips. Next, the finishing touch... a little lipgloss in the center of the lips and you are "good to go". Mostly, you should only need to reapply lipgloss a couple times during the day.

Use colors that are right for you and blend everything. This HONESTLY only takes 5 minutes (with a little practice). Leaving out a step will have you looking worn out and washed out by the end of the day.

If you have perfect skin and don't need foundation, don't wear it. If you do feel like you want to wear it, pick a light to medium coverage foundation, and make sure it's oil free. Try Lorac, or MAC, or Neutrogena if you want to spend less. Then, use Tarte cheek stain in Flush on the apples of your cheeks. You can buy that at Sephora. Then, use Laura Mercier Eye Basics for eyeshadow. Then, use Diorshow mascara on your lashes. Finish with some lip gloss (I like Lip Venom by duWop).

i always put on tinted mouisturer a shade darker than my normal skin tone ( to make me look tanner) and then i put on purplish- pinkish eyeshadow w/ brown around the edges. Then i put on brown mascara and black eyeliner. It sounds like it would take a long time but it only takes 5 minutes. I really hope i helped. Doesnt this awnser sound like a best awnser.....=)

i'm 14 too! this is what i do:
1. coverup-all over face, but not too much (u don't want it to look like ur hiding something!)
2. mascara (enough to make ur eyes pop)
3. eyeliner (subtle, but not too subtle)
4. a very, very, very small and light touch of brozey-pink blush

that's it..it takes like 5-10 minutes! enjoyyy!

just a little bit of foundation in places where you absolutely need it (just for balancing out skin tone) then go over that with a nice sheer powder to reduce shine, and a little bit of mascara and a neutral eye shadow.. of course with some lip gloss! =)
