I like it. Alisa is the name of someone I know. It's very pretty. Prettier than Elise.

Good luck!

I like the name, but I think it is way too common..........she's going to have to be "Alisa R" or "Alisa D" or whatever.
I do think it's pretty, but when she is old enough to get phone calls you're going to have to go through the whole "Which Alisa" thing, which could be a PITA unless she gets her own phone line at age 7.

i like it better as A-lee-sa
rather than A-lis-a...

Alyssa is how i usually see it. i think if you used Alisa for Alyssa ppl would confuse it with A-lee-sa.

it is a beautiful name, but with the way it is spelled it looks as if it should be pronounced a-lis-a not A-lee-sa. i would change the spelling to clarify the pronunciation, but that's just what i think. good luck!

It's pretty and still a popular name although not sickening trendy like Oliva (Aliva is the new spelling) or Sophia.

I like it, but I like the spelling Alicia better. It might be pronounced different to (a Lish a). I like both though. Alicia is my favorite.
