Could be overheating or a W32.Blaster.Worm

At what point does it restart?
Before or after it boots into Windows?
Does it reboot when you let it run in Safe Mode?
Does it reboot if you let it run while in the BIOS setup?
How long does the computer run before rebooting?
Does the power supply smell burnt?
Have you checked to make sure all of the computer fans are spinning?
Does the case feel hot inside?
Have you tried turning the computer on and letting it run with just the RAM and processor and power supply attached?

Yeah, you can flash the BIOS.
Search for an update for your motherboard.
Or try going into the BIOS, by pressing f8 at the black start up screen, and look for "restore default settings".
And don't forget to save, before exiting.

When it restarts, just do all of your work really fast so you'll be done before it restarts again.
