This is our 3rd Valentine's day together since we got married. I'm 22, he's 42. (Long story, but we're in love, and he looks like he's maybe 35, not 42.)
He is the coach of a Mid Western college football team. He loves football and tennis.
For clothes he mostly shops at Lacoste, Polo and Ralph Lauren, and Abercrombie & Fitch. He loves watches and sunglasses, and has pretty much every brand in every style.
Any ideas?
I want it to be very romantic and special because 3 is his favorite number, and this is our 3rd Valentine's day since we've been married.

Get him a foot ball jersuy or Jacket with a nice card . He will love it or even an nfl monopoly game. Get him a pair of nfl or colleg football sunglasses. Anything foot ball would be great and he would love it.Get him a nice valentines cake with a football on it with a number 3 on the foot ball.

Keep it in the holiday spirit. A black satin robe with matching boxers. Also, a bottle of cologne that you really love. It should compliment the sexy satin lingerie you're going to wear for him that night. Add champagne and chocolate strawberries and you have a Valentines #3 that will knock his socks off!!!
