You can lose your mucus plug weeks before you begin to dialate or you can begin labor at any point after that. When was your last prenatal appt? Were you dialated then?
There are so many factors that go into delivery..
Just be careful and obstain from sexual intercourse when your mucus plug ruptures. It can cause an infection. Also I don't know if this is your first or second or third baby?
I HOPE YOU KNOW WARNING SIGNS OF LABOR..
* BLEEDING, Contractions (3-5 min apart), Water (Breakage or trickling)...

I dialated a cm when mine came loose, but I still havent' delivered and i'm 40w + 1 day now

I was around 3 cm
