i cannot but i hate it when someone is still mad over like something really dumb that i would not get mad over for like a month or a year i hat epeopel lik etat because isn't it hard to hold grudges and keep up with who you are mad at

I don't hold a grudge very long, but I won't forget why they made me mad, but I can usually continue to be someones friend, Forgive and Forget. I've done it several times, The only time I can't is when they won't allow me to.

i visit genuinely carry a grudge, yet when it were given to that element, that's especially extreme... To this present day, I carry a grudge to three those who if I said them wade through on the line, i does not help, they don't deserve it, yet I received't flow out of my thanks to damage them. Karma will attempt this for me! on the different hand, i visit also forgive (not ignore nonetheless) yet nonetheless, it relies upon who you're and commonly what you probably did. I 'can't hold a grudge' but I have actually moved and didn't tell a former friend where we were moving to because she was always whining to me about 'needing money' and I was just supposed to open my wallet and give it to her. I'm sorry she's not my friend any more because I miss her two kids ... but I simply can't bear that much 'stress' any more.

Yep. Most teen girls can, lol. If it was something that happened years ago, I'll get over it, as long as the other person involved is no longer upset.

It is an art ... I think I am almost incapable of forgiveness at this point in my life... too much sh** happening in short period of time, can overload the psyche, rendering it impossible to let go of anything.
There are drawbacks...nightmares, rages, sudden outbursts...not fun... but I am not letting go yet.
