ex keeps going back to court and trying to squeeze more money out. she wont let go,even though they are both remarried?

Oh God don't get me started. Some woman are just pathetic poor excuses for women. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with this experiance, I wish for you she would go away, they don't realize the more they push the more hatred she will get. They are not happy, bitter people, but you enjoy your time with him and she's probably gotta die before she realizes that its retarded and waste of time. HE WONT GO BACK!!

this will not make your situation better, but you might have a laugh
my husband X is still trying to get more money out of him
after 20 years (the child is 20)
no court on earth will ask my husband to give money
she even stupid enough to declare to the child that my h is not her father but because we felt that a child father is not who's DNA but who love & take care of her she (the mother ) decide she wants to squeaz us for everything
last year the court send her a letter saying that my h has over pay her for years but still she wants more
last week she send a letter
and by the way the child is leaving with a man not with her
she is 20 and move out
she just decide that she was still in love with my hu and she will try her best to keep in touch one way or another
well my husband told her even a prisoner has his freedom sometime SO HIS SENTENCE IS OVER
yOU guys need to have a sit down with this woman and her new husband and ask her if she ever going to let go of her X
also tell her that until she does she will never be happy

Child support will last at least until the child(ren) are 18 and possibly until 21 if they're going to college. Get over that part because it's the way the law works and you'll only make yourself miserable worrying about it.
If she's jeleous of your relationship, she'll push as hard as she can as long as she can to cause turmoil between you and your husband. My dh and I have been together 17 years now and I SWEAR to you that the psyco so called "X" of his called our home last year asking to speak with "her husband"...
I cracked up!! She is past the point of desperate long ago... but all you can do is laugh because she'll make the biggest fool of herself. (stupid to the point of being embarassed for her)
Keep tight with your man, pay your support and ignore her.... She'll probably be some pretty interesting entertainment for a while.

It is expensive to raise children these days. The question I have tho-is she needing the money for the child(ren), or herself? Has her wardrobe greatly improved, even ever since she got remarried? I hope you have an attorney who is trying to help keep this from happening so much. Take care.

There isn't much you can do, she's bitter and determined....just keep fighting the fight....provided that you and your husband are providing well for his children both financiall and emotionally. Otherwise, maybe there is a reason she keeps taking you to court?

I thought there was only one psycho ex. My husband and I endured his ex's puny attempts to cause us trouble. Your love for him should be greater than any problem you will face.

she is jealous of his new life, jealous that he is now happy, wants to show the new wife she is still in control, and what better way to hurt someone but in their pocketbook. just something that happens when one spouse is now unhappy with their choices, and wants to hurt the new spouse and take from their marital as setts.
