If you like Pride and Prejudice, you might also like Anne of Green Gables (it's an 8 or so book series), Emma (also by Jane Austen), and anything by Louisa May Alcott. Books similar to Harry Potter include The Golden Compass, and The Thief (and it's two sequels The Queen of Atollia and The King of Atollia) which is a fantastic book by Megan Whalen Turner. Terry Pratchett's Discworld series is also wonderful.

You might enjoy The Looking Glass Wars. It was a really good book. I don't know how old you are, but this is great for people my age. (I don't give age on the internet. I am not crazy.) Anyway, this book is kind of fantasy/adventure. 10 points on a scale of 1 to 5. Author of this book is Frank Beddor. This book is part of a three book series.

Da Vinci code was great. The best book I've ever read however is The Last Lion by William Manchester.

Those are some of my favorites too, and Nicholas Sparks is pretty much amazing. Some of my other favorite authors are Scott Westerfeild, Dan Brown, and Christopher Paolini. I think you should check them out.
