I think that the majority of people see Valentine's Day as for the woman. I do not think that is right and I am glad to see someone ask what a woman should get a man. I think that a woman should cook her man his favorite dinner, put on a little music during dinner that he enjoys, but not real loud so you can have conversation over dinner. Then after dinner I think that you should treat him to a movie or rent a movie in and enjoy the time together at home which ever he would prefer. Also if he would just rather do something else just go with the flow of what he chooses. I think the stuffed animals and other little Valentine gifts are made just for women because there is no way my man would want that stuff because it would be to fru-fru. Keep the attitude of thinking of a man more than yourself. It's most def a good thing in this day and age because it is so rare.

OOOOHHH! I loved treating my husband everyday, not just v-day! You could get him whatever he has been wanting for along time(tools, TV, whatever), you could meet him at the door wearing nothing but a frilly apron & a pair of CFMN heels, you could leave a trail of m&ms from the door to the bathroom where a hot bubble bath and his favorite music and beverage of choice waiting for him, when he gets out have a silk bathrobe or pj bottoms waiting for him, and then when he goes to the bedroom give him the best massage you can and NOT expect anything in return. I have several more ideas, I am just tired of typing.

For a man, this question seems like a no brainer. Surprise him with a visit to the office wearing nothing but your overcoat. Have the bed made up with wrist and foot restraints for him to tie you to. Take him to a nice intimate dinner and playfully touch him throughout the meal. Or take his hand and guide him to the restroom with you and please him right there. Take a walk through the city and stop every now and then to kisss and rub his you know. Give him some of your uninhibited lust in the least expected places or in the least expected ways. If he pushes off your advances then leave him for someone who appreciates your effort.

I think Valentine's Day is a useless Hallmark holiday. You should do the things you on this day without being prompted anyway. Sorry, off topic.

I guess I'd just like to spend a day with my girlfriend and maybe have her cook dinner for me or go out hiking. If it wasn't freezing here.

It too me is all about love. what to do for a husband goes to basic insticts of knowing your partener. Get a man something that says you love him, in a way he knows that is what it is what it is. This is is why men can not please a woman with a gift and follows typical tradion. I love roses but not chocholate. Most men like toys. Big boys like big toys. We go from toy guns to real guns. Some times it changes from guns to kids. generally a nghty for you willo please him in a marrage. in a non marrage A machanically inclined man a tool or a philosophical man a work of inspiration.

Traditional courtships allowed men to court the women. Women didn't give gifts but they graciously received.

I had a Valentine who couldn't afford a gift, and I made him uncomfortable with spending too much on him. Then he seemed embarrass about the beautiful flowers he gave me. In hind sight, the best gift I could have given him was to graciously receive his gift and not to out do him.

Men seem to love seeing us giggle and coo when we get gifts from them ... kisses, hugs, and massages also seem to make them perky too.

Be happy and give a little action...No joke...guys only worry about there women being happy and feel romantic on val. day, and the reason we want that is so we get a little action above and beyond the regular. Its not what you give him its how you give it to him.
