Ok, my nausea and morning sickness has returned in full unfortunate force after a few days of peace. I am allergic to prescribed anti-nausea medications and I am wondering if there are any other alternatives that would be able to help me out.

My girlfriend, who suffered w/ morning sickness terribly, told me the key to the saltines was to eat some before you took your head off the pillow. I have also heard that lemon-ade works but I would think it would have to be really dilute.

Saltine crackers got me through the first three months of both my pregnancies. I know it sounds wierd but apples work too, just a couple of slices not the whole apple.

I just asked this same thing lol.... My mom went to the pharmacy today and asked them about it.(I begged her to come over and help with my little one lol) they told her to have me take half a unisom, and half a B6.... so far it seems to be helping. I still don't feel 100%, but I don't feel quite so horrible......And I forgot about it but my midwife had told me about it last time I was pregnant, so it is safe....... Good luck :)

What helped me wa never letting my stomach get to empty or to full, so I just ate small frequent meals.
