Actually, when I was younger(20&less) I use to hate this day like HELL,I was way depressed around that area,but now it's quite more exciting since I seem to have become a whole lot more popular with women!!!

Consider it another excuse for people to go buy things they really don't need.I don't hate it just kind of pity the people who fall for the "you need to buy your woman a diamond or you don't love her" crap.
I let the people in my life know every day that I love them and are special to me.

I'm married, so it feels almost obligatory.....besides, we are still sort of newlyweds (3 years) so we get each other "just cuz" gifts all the time anyway!

I miss it, but like to see others enjoy it. puts a smile to my face I'm lucky to have had so many. my hearts retired now. its for my children only now. and im happy.
