go pick his sorry a*ss up, and explain to him that from now on, if he can't get home by the time he says he is, you will be glad to come and pick him up, just like his mommy would do.
that...or kick him out, he may just be out having fun, but he is disrespecting your relationship.

Depends. Are there things you do that he has to tolerate like this? Think about whether one of you is less considerate than the other, and talk about it first to reach some agreement. You say he's late again - is it the second time in two days, the second time in a week/month/year? I used to live near a couple who loved their weekly row over the fact that he went to the pub on Saturday night. There'd be the locked out scenario, followed by the pleading (him) and screeching (her), then there was the walking round to try the back door(past the other 20 houses in the terrace), no joy there either, then after more shouting and hammering he'd be let in the house, followed by six days of what seemed to be happy marriage.

Go look him up at the pub and bring him home. If he is not at the pub then go look him up. He may be cheating with just more then just the alcohol hon.

If he's coming in four hours late AGAIN, clearly he is not trying to be there. You need to figure out WHY he doesn't want to come home.
