where do you think the best place to propose to my girl friend of 5 years, she loves disneyland(in front of castle) or new york city(top of empire state building) or if you have any good ideas

Those are very good places. If you don't choose one of those, you could take her to a very nice restaurant and have the waiter to serve her dessert with the ring on top. That would be pretty romantic and memorable.

I think you should pick a place that has great romantic meaning for you both, (like where your first date was), and go that route. Maybe get the same food you had then etc...
Then again I'm more sentiment than flash... maybe flash is more your personal style.

those R both great places. Ask her where ever you guys like to be together (besides the bed room) the most if it's romantic that's all she will care about what ever you put effort in to she should like congrats I wish you the best.even if you take her to dinner and put the ring in the bottom of her wine glass It would B great b/c U though enough of her to do it.

Could be NY but will be better in Central Park... the Imagine park
Or in same town were you live take her out for dinner and ask the cooker to place the ring on dessert
