Ok here are the following problems i need help with on my laptop:
1. Everytime i open microsoft word it freezes and wont let me in.
2. I opend the task manager and it wont let me close it. I tried clicking on the tab at the bottom but nothing comes up.
3. My sequrity thing says i need to update but when i go to the website it says there is an error.

Your windows was corrupted by a spy program or by accident removal. The update of the Windows mostly doesnt help much.
So, it's faster by saving folders you need in removable disks then reinstalling windows with option reformating disk C: in an hour or few minutes with a backup image of windows. Then scaning virus from the backup files before restoring them.
