It has precise time of the weather given and a pretty accurate 3-day forcast. It also gives a lot of links related to the town you're interested in.

Well...i suppose its either sunny, or cloudy, or warm, or rainy...probably not snowing...no hurricanes this time of year...maybe weather.com would be a more accurate source for you!!
