It's your life. Just do what you feel is right. But if you really have to tell your parents, then tell them when you are above the legal age and when you are financially independent.

I am also afraid to tell my family tat i m bi. even my best friend doesn't know. now I am 17 and i find it still tooo early to come out.

but i know my parents won't accept but there is nothing I can do because this is who I am.

anyway, i wish you luck..

yup..ur dad cld be kidding..

Why is this an issue now? If you are a minor then you are dependent on your parents for care regardless. Obviously your father does not have unconditional love for his children!! Once you become an independent adult his opinion won't matter and you live your life as it suits you and the same goes for any of your other brothers or sisters. Has your mother ever said such a thing as he did?

What age are you? It might be better to stay in the closet when it comes to you parents if you're close to getting out anyways. If not, then either be miserable for a couple more years or come out. Also, you don't have to make your sexuality into a big deal. If they don't ask, then don't tell. If they ask, don't lie. Also, finding a support group for parents might help them accept you. Also, if you think your mother might react better then tell her first. Good luck whatever you decide!

Coming out is overrated. Just live your own life and let everybody make up there own minds about you. Everybody has a different sexuality. Your dad will either come around or not.

I just came out to myself as a bisexual girl, so you're one step ahead of me. >:) I guess you'll have to tell him sometime. I think your Dad was joking around.
