The actual direct product of photosynthesis is not glucose, but actually a three carbon sugar called glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P). However, normally in follow up pathways, this is converted into Glucose and other sugars such as sucrose. You can think of the products of photosynthesis as being Oxygen and glucose. Here is the equation:

6H20+6CO2+Sunlight ==> C6H12O6 + 6O2
