First off, no matter what a tradgedy her life was, and despite the bad decisions Ms. Smith made, I'm sad about her death. I want to ask*** I seen an interview with Anna last summer, and she talked about her family, mother included. She said that she didn't want a relationship with any of them for reasons of her own, and when she became famous again with her reality show, trim spa, and when the court ruled that Anna had a shot at her ex's fortune, her family, including her mother would hound her, wanting money. Now, it's looking like her mother wants to be in the baby's life. Anna wouldn't DIDN'T want this. Do you all think this woman should have a right to be in this child's life? I don't, and I hope Howard K. Stern gets his wishes in keeping the vultures away. He's said he will. Your thoughts on this, and please, be mature in your responses

I too hope her mother and sister NEVER sees this child. They dogged Anna Nicole and haven't been in her life for ten years so why should they. Anna's mother was an only parent that raised Anna and I just wonder how Anna was treated by her mother as a child since Anna disowned her family. The sister of Anna told on TV last night that she hadn't seen Daniel (Anna's son) for ten years!!!!!! It makes you wonder about Anna's estranged family. RIP Anna Nicole.

I don't think so.
I think Howard did a lot to alienate Anna from her family.
And ANYONE else to come between him & his FATAL
ATTRACTION to Anna & of course the money
she stood to receive from the Marshall estate.
Let's not forget ANNA more than likely married for money herself!
While I am sure she came from a VERY dysfunctional family.
I remember on her show & a bit before her family came around
a lot.
Granted they were piss poor & she paid their way BEFORE Howard K. Stern came around & took over her life but at
least her family was around.
She paid creepy Howard's way & he ain't even family or a lawyer for that matter.
Anna's mother raised Daniel the first 6 years of his life so she can't be all bad.
While Anna was stripping & before the rich old man.
I think Howard killed Daniel AND Anna Nicole.
I hope he doesn't kill that baby when he sees his plot is coming to an end.
I look for THAT to be his next step & then the scum will kill himself.
He just looks the type.
HOWRD K. STERN is the vulture.
I mean come on they sold the pictures of Daniel just days after his death, the birth video of DannieLynn Hope & now less than 24 hours after Anna's death he has ALREADY sold the CPR/ambulance video of them attempting to rescue Anna.
I hope Larry Birkhead is proven to be the father & keeps her far, far away from Howard!

I don't think her mother should have any right to see Anna's daughter if Anna didn't want her to. When she is an adult and makes a choice on her own to see her grandmother, then she should be able to.
Has the father of the baby been determined?

I just feel bad for Danny Lynn. She's going to grow up without a mother and she's got all these guys claiming to be her father and it's probably because they want Danny's money! I wouldn't doubt it if all these people try to claim Danny just so they can take away all her money. It's horrible.

ha how can our answers be mature when she never once acted maturely.....she was so messed up that there was nobody there.....she was just some lost soul that had big boobs and got attention for it.....it pisses me off that she now leaves her children in such disorder......they will have an extremely difficult life if they cant overcome the things she has put upon them.....they already have baggage and its not even their fault.....ok im done.....

i think people on yahoo answers are being so rude. Yea, I DO feel bad she died, Yea it was a shock to me, and Yea I do care about your average joe that dies when they show them on tv!!! Why are people rude!? Some people have drug/alcohol problems, does that mean they should die!?? Have some respect
