We are playing poker tomorrow night. If he wins, I have to wear a french maid's outfit for a week. Trying to find something even more cruel for him.

If he loses, make him dress-up in a different girl's costume every day for that week. Plus, give him a total makeover for head to toe & turn him into a convincing woman. Have him dress-up as a playboy bunny & be your waitress for poker night. Tell him he doesn't get to play poker this week, but he has to play next week dressed as a girl.

Maybe one of those astronaut diapers. The last person who was caught wearing one of those was laughed at all over the world and is likely to end up in a loony bin - so that is pretty cruel.

a string bikini with lot and lots of make up i mean 64 times the makeup that most people wear and just for fun high heels ohh and if you really want to go all the with humiliation then i would say get a set of body paint and on his chest/tummy area write "im americas next top moddle!"
