You cannot force it to appear there are several ways though you can ask the administrator of a web page that already appears to include a link to your site then when the boot reads his page it will follow the link to yours also it depends on the server that it is stored they already have a list of IP's of the better domain hosting and they send their boots to look up all the pages stored there.

They send spiders across the web. Your site is there but just doesn't show up cause its not popular

open IE
Go to google.com
Click on tools on IE
Select Internet options
Click on the " Use current" button.
Click on the "OK" button at the bottom.
Close IE...
re-Open IE..
You are finished.
