Good one ha ha the hotel bit is funny? Yes in Africa there are several areas that they don't call it murder? Tribal cultures are in charge in some places and they are governing themselves within some countries like Peru. Now in fact in the Arab 21 countries it is legal to kill your wife and or wives with a certain criteria. Believe that eh? Yep, if she embarasses her husband yes siree!
And they condone suicide there as well? Read about the Turks and the suicides amongst young teenage girls? Go on line and get the newspapers. Not only is it against the law to commit suicide here? It is one of the worst sins in the bible eh?

There is such a thing as honor killing in the middle east. If a woman has sex outside marriage or is raped, her relatives' duty is to kill him in order to preserve the honor of the family.
