Pratt is sent home as his license is suspended until his hearing with the medical board. He goes in to the hearing alone but the minister and his congregation show up and make their voices heard. He gets a years probation and 200 hours community service. No word on the police though.
Sam has to take her son to a psychiatist and hears that he needs to go to a special school for problem children. She has to tell her friend that they will have to break up because of this.
Luka shows up to fill in but hurts his hand again and has to go home.
Tony is taking care of Sarah after Meg's death. He has to pick her up from school because she is upset. Later he has to tell Neela that Sarah may in fact be his own daughter.

The man is unable to go do his comedy show so he does it in the hospital for the ER staff.
When Abbey gets home she talks to Luka telling him she changed her mind and wants him to propose to her. He does. She accepts.
