Why can't I ever get my hair cut exactly the way I want it? I go in with picture, show the stylist, and she'll say,"oh sure I can do that for you". I come out looking like I let my 3yr old do it with a flowbee in my own dimly lit bathroom? If you can't do it, tell me, If I don't have the right hair type, tell me, do you agree?

yes I am concerned with how I look and how people see me. This is why we humanity is whatwe call cicvilized..lol well kinda!!! Other wise we'd be big dum sasquasches!

Good stylists are worth their weight in gold. There are so few of them that can actually cut hair. They should all be so honest as to admit when they can't perform a particular cut or style.

oh yes, the picture. you see, it's almost impossible for the stylist to make your hair look exactly like the hair in the picture. however, if you want a good cut, try expensive stylists, they may be expensive, but they are good, and worth the money. and yes, i do agree with you.

Totally. It took me forever to find a good stylist. She has a comb marked with how short to cut mine. It works perfectly & I've had her for 7 years now. Keep lookin!

Yes I agree they should tell you. But maybe you are so insistent they are following your orders to make you look like something that is not flattering. Try bringing a group of pictures and discussing each one, the pro's and con's.
