what are the common physical actions you do that you are unaware or aware of when YOU tell a lie!
what do you think are the most common?
...and if someone can look you straight in the eyes and lie to you (they were caught in it) what does that say about there character?

If a person has trouble giving you eye contact they are lying. If they look you in the eye and lie, then they are a professional and isn't worth your time. Be careful and what does is say about their character, they are an a***hole and are not worth your time. Life if too short to live with regret so weed out the a***holes and look for someone that really cares. Take care Heather

If someone can look you straight in the eyes and lie to you then it says that they are pathetic and to never trust that person ever again. Once a liar always a liar. Thats my worst peeve about a person. If you cant be honest with someone then you arent being honest with yourself.

None. I'm a good liar. I keep my cool at all times. Perhaps that's my physical reaction: my coolness, although I'm an easy going, cool guy at all times, whether telling lies or the truth and nothing but the truth (am I telling a lie right now? Not sure).

I learned about this in psychology class one time, but I can only remember a few: People put their hands to their faces, or their mouths. some people fidget.
Every time my little sis lies she looks down and to the side, she can't control it.
If someone can look you in the eyes and lie, that could mean they don't feel guilty, or they may be really confident (read: experienced) liars.

well, there are several actions, like ungrounding ones feet, but this can also be a case of nervousness
when u catch them in the act and they persist, it could be they are afraid of u, or they r full of it, if they r afraid of u, why is that? if they r full of it, perhaps u might associate with other folk
this is for the big lie, if someone doesnt have the decency to provide appropriate white lies, then they should not mix in polite company

It says that they have some serious problems and may not care for you as much as they say.....depending on what the lie is/was I can't really say what it means about thier character, other than they aren't a very good person.

if someone can look you in the eye and lie to you, it says they are liars and can't be trusted. they tell so many lies they are good at it. there character sucks big time. other signs are not being able to face you when they talk, and being jittery like touching their ear, etc. im sure there are others also.

No matter what im lying about, i always look a person in the eyes. Most people fall for that.

when people lie they eighter laugh or smile, but what some people dont no is that something in your eye changes when you lie, i think it has to do with the colour or the pupil, i cant remeber which 1

IF PEOPLE LOOK DOWN, WHILE TALKING ARE OFTEN BUT NOT ALWAYS LYING. AS FOR SOMEONE LOOKING INTO YOUR EYES ( IF THEY MOVE THEIR EYES BACK AND FORTH IT MEANS THEYRE O.K. BUT IF THEY STARE IT MEANS THEY ARE LYING. IF THEY CAN LOOK YOU STRAIGHT IN THE EYE AND LIE AT THE SAME TIME THEN THEY ARE " LOWER THAN LIZARD CRAP "
