There is a difference between a deoderant and an anti- perspirant. A deoderant only masks an odor but does not stop the wetness. An anti-perspirant will stop the wetness which is usually the cause of odor, and most anti-perspirants have a deoderant too. If a guy, choose a Right Guard anti-perspirant/deoderant combination and if a female, use Secret anti-perspirant/deoderant combo. And be sure to shower everyday.

ARRID Exrta Extra Dry XX is supposed to be the best type of deoderant , but if this doesnt work for you and nothing else does then maybe you should see a doctor and they can help solve the problem. Or try a deoderant with Baking Soda.. it should say right on the label that it is made with baking soda.

What works best for me is to have 3 or 4 kinds and not use the same one more than 2 days in a row. Somehow they all seem to do a better job when I do it this way. Doesn't matter brand. Use what you like the scent or feel of.

If you're a guy, I like Old Spice deoderant. If that doesn't work, maybe you need to use anti-perspirant.

When I was going through puberty, nothing worked on me, too. I ended up cleaning the under arm area with alcohol and then put baby powder on. It is important to keep the area clean. If you are a girl, make sure you keep it shaved closely. Also, make sure you wash off old deodorant/antiperspirant. When the hormones are changing, it is hard to find something that works.

I had the same problem. It was more annoying than anything. I got a prescription deodorant. Best thing ever!!!! It's called dab-o-matic, but there is a generic available now and it works just the same. Say good bye to pit stains!

Are you a girl or a boy? And, is it wetness control or odor. You have to be more specific here. As a female, I also had a problem with them. I found that Dove works best on me. But, your chemistry makeup may be different than mine.

From my own personal experience, I would say that the dry (white stick) antiperspirants work better than the gel sticks.
