I think he should have retired a couple years ago. I hear he might be coming back. I don't think he should.

Brett Favre definatley is coming back for 2007. Many people thought he wasn't because of his emotional reaction after the season finale to the bears. He had a pending surgery, but despite all that he will be back for another season. He has not won a superbowl since the 2006 season, but he is still one of the better qarterbacks in the leauge. Favre is just 7 touchdowns from breaking Dan Marino's all time record, and he will go down in the nfl history books as one of the best statistical quarterbacks to play the game.

Although Brett still has some life in him, and has a lot of fun while playing, he is really not a superbowl quarterback anymore, and since he is coming back, he should focus on the future of the team more. The truth is that in 2008 the Packers will have a new QB, so Favre better start grooming a young guy to fill his shoes.

Well my picks are a little out thre but, there is a reason for my madness. First believe it or not the Sand Diego Chargers, They have a run stopping defense that is quick on the snap and have a nasty little habit of getting in you back field before you can say Fumble. Now my second pick is the New England Patriots strictly for theyre experienced Line backer core. They are able to defend the pass resonably well and dont even think of moving the chains on the ground when facing them, your best option is to hit a short accurate hook on the outside far away from any of these guys. And last the Eagles with the addition of Samuels they are my pick for the #1 pass defense a already formitable opponent made even tougher with this addition, Id pick them up in any fantasy league.

I would not go as far as calling Brett "the champ" but he was a damn good quarterback in his day. The answer to your question is "yes". Brett gave a press conference stating that he would be back for another season.

I hope not. He played poorly enough this year to ruin any teams season. He has said he will come back, but he may demand a trade. The guy is not loyal, he is a pompous butthead who thinks he is better than he has been in the last 7 or 8 years

yep he is coming back. and earlier than usual. last year, it took him a while to answer if he was coming. this year, he did before the off-season, so that the coaches and staff didnt have to wait for him to make the decision on editing the roster. so, yes, he is coming back. and he is the champ.

I believe so, I think a team like the 49Er's will have to beat Brett for him to retire. He has been beating them so long. When he sees that he can defeat them, he will let it go.

i wouldn't call him the champ because he has not won a super bowl in like 10 years . i dont think he will come back because if you watched the end of the bears game he was crying usually means its his last game.
