If your music is all mp3's then you don't have a virus. mp3 format is such that you cannot attach a virus to it.

Plug it into a computer with an updated anti virus and Scan it despite the fact that i haven't seen virus that attaches to portable devices at least not for a long time

first of all mp 3 players don't get viruses second you just need to go to the menu edit playlist and delete the songs you wanna delete
