Yes its Justin Wilson. He's since passed away. He was very, very funny. And btw his accent was pure Cajun, not Southern. He had trouble with his English even sometimes. He's an icon to us.

Justin Wilson. He was a stand up comedian by trade and then took an interest in Cajun cooking. Got a degree and taught it before appearing on his own show.
