Under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 2003, they are exempt, and are therefore ineligible for overtime pay.

Not only can they throw this money from their planes, but they can also burn the money as an alternative fuel source! How's that for ingenious thinking? As for the overtime, I have no idea, but it only seems right that they should.

That is something new to me I really never heard of such instances so if they get overtime money I dont know.

No, we don't get overtime but we do get hazard pay and flight pay. Or sometimes we sneak a stack of money and fedex it back home.
