I love them both. I would probably pick green day though. Their old stuff is greaaaaat.

Travis Barker is the only real musician in either of the two, so unfortunately, I'd have to say Blink 182. If you want to hear some real musicians who have mastered their craft, check out Synyster Gates from Avenged Sevenfold, Joey Jordison and Corey Taylor from Slipknot, Howard Jones from Killswitch Engage and Alexi Laiho from Children of Bodom.
