Take the color cartridge out of the printer.

Sounds like it needs a new ink cartridge

try multiple cleaning on your printer heads. sometimes it can take 10 or more cleanings to get a good copy. just try it.

first you need to exchange the cartridges and then when you wanna print something press control P and when it comes up click full page black only
