do you know where hannah montana got the skirt she wore in "More than a Zombie to me" (when she rejected jake)

im talking about that cute skirt that hannah montana wore in the scene where they were like "yes, no, no, yes, no, yes, yes, etc." it was red with lace at the bottem or whatever. Or if you know where other clothes she has worn before in hannah montana, because she wears cute clothes on that show!

i think that those clothes are MADE for her. im sure if you looked hard enough you could find something similar
