My friend dropped glass down my throat when I was asleep and It's in my throat. DV it hurts.

You don'tI! You go to hospital, obviously u don't have a clue how
much damage you could do! He could lose his "larynx" better known as his voice box forever! Even more, if you are a true friend you'll get him to a Hospital A.S.P!

Get to an emergency room. If you take it out wrong and don't have hemostasis immediately available, you could hit an artery and drown in your own blood. And that would suck.
