Something like DIVX? I'm willing to pay a subscription or anything, I want something I can burn to a DVD.

Quite simply, you aren't able to. DBZ, since it is liscenced in the United States, cannot be distributed in it's English version online, except by the liscencing company itself. While ADV has launced a downloading service for some of its releases, FUNimation, the company that owns DBZ, has not. While there are some downloads of the English subbed version lurking about the net in places such as www.animedownloads.com, you won't find an English version. I wish you luck!!

Maybe try the BitTorrent option?
Download for free the small program Bitlord, install, then search IsoHunt for Dragon Ball Z?
This may produce a huge list of DBZ options for downloading, via the BitLord client!
I have added links below to the relevant pages..
I hope this will help you on your way?
All the best..
Mel. :)
