Call your local Division of Child Support Enforcement. Although, I advise against it. It will not change the fact that your father was an irresponsible, heartless SOB. It will not make up for the years that your mum struggled to raise you &your brothers. It might be worth it, if say, he'd won a lottery & just so happens to have money to burn; But it will do nothing to ease the pain that you have grown up with. You would be better off NOT knowing what your father does for his current younger children. Believe it or not he's trying to ease his guilt (through doing for them) for failing you and your brothers. Find healing and forgivenes within yourself. You can be proud that despite the odds, you have become a better person than he ever could be.

Ack, punctuation would help a lot, took me a while to read your question. Anyhow I know your situation as my dad never paid child support. Honestly I'm not sure how the whole thing would work if you tried to sue him, but your best option would be to talk to a lawyer about the situation, as they are the ones best equipped to deal with those sorts of things.

When the river runs backwards, then maybe, just maybe I might give a damn. Till then, move on and get over it. And trust me, an idiotic move like that will seperate you people even more to the point that your father will completely disown you and never acknowledge your existance ever again. I know I wouldn't.

Well it would be better if you talk this over with your mother and get this out of the way from now dont wait till you are grown and left home.

I think only your mom can sue for back child support, but even if she gets it, I don't believe she is entitled to give you any of it.
