Birthday suit after all, I don't think the cloths I wear will have affect on the outcome or in any way diminish my sins in the eye's of God.

Which "judgment day"? The redeemed face what is called the "bema seat" judgment. This is where they receive the reward for works done thru the Holy Spirit.
The unredeemed face the "white throne" judgment, where they receive "rewards" for what they did in their flesh, without the Holy Spirit (whatever "good" or "bad" they thought it was.)
In neither case is clothing an issue. Both are resurrected into their eternal bodies by the time of their respective judgments. The redeemed return to the pre-sin Adamic condition of God-given covering. The unredeemed will have worse problems than clothing, but likely will all be buck naked.

I will be clothed with "righteousness" which Lord Jesus clothed me with . He cleansed me with HIS blood and clothed me with HIS righteouness .So when I stand before God on the judgement seat I will be declared not guilty for any of my sins since Lord Jesus took my punishment and declared me righteous .

Well I want to be cremated and they cremate in the nude so that is a very good question that I had never thought of before.
