Was cleaned with bleach accidentally. Need to know how to clean it up and re-enamel it. Can someone advise how?

It is best to use an epoxy based paint. Just rough up the old surface, clean with mineral spirits, mask and apply the epoxy paint. It will hold up better than appliance paint and does not scratch as easily

Appliance sprays don't work that well on something as large as a refrigerator. Your options to make it look nice are to either get a local auto body shop or a tub refinisher to re-enamel it for you. Personally, I find most auto body shops are cheaper, but they don't always make house calls. So you have to haul the fridge. The tub guys come to the house and will etch the current enamel, then apply a beautiful new finish that cures in a day or two.

There is appliance paint in spray cans available at most hardware stores. Wet sand the surface, clean it real good and mask it. I wouldn't advise doing this indoors. Spray paint it and let it harden for a few days before you try to move it anywhere because fresh paint scratches easily.

take it to someone who has a spray booth for auto painting. let them do it.

you won't regret it. looks great and it lasts a LOT longer than anything you will do it.
