Well, I think you oughta rent it, and see for yourself.
However it was overly long, and historically inaccurate-to say the least. PM me, if you want a partial list of the historical embarrassments of this pic.
Realistically, the "emotion" most people were evidencing that I saw was.....boredom.

I regret coughing up $8 to see that movie. I went expecting to see a movie about Pearl Harbor, but instead I got some sad excuse for a love story. I should've learned my lesson after Titanic.

I bet the marines that died at Pearl Harbor are rolling in their graves after hearing of a extremely fabricated version of what happened.
