yeah it's hard to tell... but i really think it's Hyuuga, Neji.
but you'll be sure of that once you watch the Naruto Shippuden Special, that's the part where Naruto and the others looked really matured. It's gonna be aired in Japan in Feb. 15 so i think it's gonna be in youtube by Feb. 17 or 18 and so on.

It's hard to tell for sure, but if you look closly enough, you can see slight lines on the face that suggest Itachi, also the hair style with bangs parted on both sides on the face. I can't say for sure it is Itachi, but I know one thing for sure, and that is that is NOT Neji.

I can't really see him all that well but I am pretty sure that it is not Neji but that it is definitelly a guy
