Nope, you are just a number. I was #3 in a capital murder trial. When we came to a verdict, I was called on for my answer and I was addressed as, "juror #3".

It means nothing.

No the numbering doesn't make any difference. When you get to the deliberation, you will decide on a foreperson to help keep your discussions on track, and they will also be the person who will be addressed by the judge when you deliver your verdict - even so, they are no more or less important than you are.

Yes, sometimes it can matter. The last time I served it was because of the letter my last name started with.

I dont think it matters what order you are called for, because you have no control where that is concern.
