i have a sky box and i watch so many free channel but some body told me if you want you can add more channel free.how can i do this any idea.please

no, that isn't right.
You have free sky, which means that you made a one off payment to recieve x number of channels.
If you want to increase the amount of channells then contact sky
08705 959595 and they will put you on the monthly subsrciption ( you pay for the chanells you want ).
