In his initial state Freiza could probably beat cell, but once he turns into the imperfect Cell state he was much stronger, and by Perfect Cell state he could easily one shot him. Remember that Cell was made from some of the chunky bits that were left over from Trunks' slice and dice, and that would give him the advantage of knowing Freiza's moves and potential power levels. It would be interesting to see how Frieza would do in his cybernetic state if he transformed into form 5 like his brother. Maybe he could be Cell in the Imperfect state, but Perfect Cell would still mop the floor with him.

Some will say Cell is far stronger this is false "Cell is stronger but only by a little." Why would Cell become friends with someone so much weaker than he is and act as if they were equal unless they're power rivals one another.

Cell will obviously beat frieza easily since even the great goku couldnt beat him. but if u ask me frieza is way too cunning to fight cell in a fair way. don forget he has state of the art technology. but anyway cell wouldnt stand a chance against Majin Buu even in his first form

Cell would! Any DBZ fan knows cell has some Freiza and king cold components to him, PLUS add the fact that he has piccolo , vegeta and goku's cells (plus others to a lesser degree). He'd chop for sure!
